ANARI hackathons are free 3-day virtual events designed to bootstrap your knowledge of the ANARI ecosystem or work on a specific problem requiring the expertise of the ANARI Working Group. By the end of the Hackathon, each individual or team should have made significant progress on a particular project, or towards solving an ANARI related issue.

* Online supervision will be provided between 08:00-17:00 PDT. Participants will sent details to join the Zoom call and associated Discord channel.
Participants are expected to build innovative, interactive visualizations, simulations, or 3D rendering solutions using the ANARI API. Alternatively, participants can improve or fix existing applications, backends, APIs, or SDKs within the ANARI ecosystem. Priority will be given to submissions that showcase the capabilities of ANARI in creating high-quality, real-time rendered scenes with an emphasis on efficiency, flexibility, and advanced visual techniques.
Having trouble coming up with a project, or don't have code you can bring; then consider hacking on one of our default projects and help improve these for the community.
